Our Full Story

Who are we: A Mom and Pop retail store for the digital generation.  We are definitely driven by our own fur-baby, Sasha. She is also credited as one of our co-founders and official mascot (see our logo).  If a product (or service) does not pass the common sense test for Sasha, mostly likely it will not for your pet either.  That's the basic quality measure we run to ensure all of our products are of the best quality, offered at a terrific value, and directly delivered to your doorstep.  We are not pet owners but we are pet parents and if you are of that mindset, we hope that you will join us!

What we do: We are a retailer of pet-Products and Supplies. But what makes us different is our small size, which allows for personal attention, and that community feel experienced by pet parents around the world. We have discovered many of our human friendships, initially started with a simple puppy introduction. After moving to the middle of a big city, we now enjoy that belonging, sharing of what does or does not work for our pets, and all the other benefits of a pet-generated community and network. We strive to bring that to our online retail store. That means, we want to know you, your story and will always aim to meet our pet parent community’s needs. So how can we do that together? It’s simple, just reach out and tell us - please share pet pictures, product reviews, other thoughts.

When are we around: We decided very carefully to only offer an online presence for our customers.  Aside from allowing us to offer better prices to our customers, we also wanted to be there whenever your schedule allows.  We remain open come rain, shine, winter blizzard or otherwise.  Our customers shop from the comfort of their home, in the company of their pets, everyday & all day, and we deliver direct to your doorstep.

Where can you find us: Aside from our Thug Dog Life Inc. website, you can always reach us thru one of our social media pages, via email or write to us by mail.  The blue "message us" Facebook messenger button in the bottom right corner is another great way.  And if you see us out on a walk with Sasha, please stop by and say hello or tell us how we can better serve you and your pet(s).

Why us: First and foremost, because in you and your pet(s), we see a little of ourselves and Sasha.  That is a perspective we will never loose.  We want to be driven by our customers, not stockholders.  Our customers have a voice and we want you to use it.  We promise to listen and respond.  Shopping with us, joining our pack, sharing our story all means we are one, one pet-parent community and family of friends.  We strive to give you products at the best quality, offered at a terrific value, and directly delivered to your doorstep.  From ours to yours!  Oh and we plan to offer regular fun contests throughout the year with exceptional prizes.
