Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note the limit on number of days is set to cover a range of policies from all of our different manufacturers and/or suppliers. In some cases, we are limited in what we can do. However, please know we will do everything we can, within reason, in that 30 day period for our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A 25% return and restocking fee will apply.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable and consumable goods such as pet food, treats, medications, supplements cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address from which it shipped. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Books with obvious signs of use, electronic and digital products once purchased, opened and/or used.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are always non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We strive to place your orders quickly and ship orders using the best available method possible. Note, severe weather delays elsewhere can always impact local delivery timelines. Our shipping providers employ internal mitigation strategies around weather over which we have no control. Your order can ship from one of our shipping/fulfillment locations: CA, IN, or NJ. In some cases, depending upon what you ordered, it might ship from more than a single location or need to be shipped from a specific location. Although we strive for excellence in everything we do, we realize life happens. If there is any issue, we will always do our best to resolve those to our customer's satisfaction. In case shipping damage occurs, have the box and merchandise inspected by the delivering carrier and notify us immediately. (Please SAVE the container with merchandise). Any order issues & damages must be reported within 48-hours.
Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.
