Nettle: Cautioned for pets with heart conditions or pets using diuretic drugs. Chronic long-term use of any diuretic can cause electrolyte and mineral imbalances. Do not use longer for 30 days without a break.
Gervao: Possibly contraindicated during pregnancy.
Guaco: Do not take with anti-coagulant or blood thinning medications.
Pulmonaria: Contraindicated for use with estrogen medications. Might decrease how effectively ciprofloxacin (antibiotic, Cipro) is absorbed. To avoid this interaction, take pulmonaria at least one hour after ciprofloxacin (Cipro).
Vulgare: None reported. Vulgare may possibly exaggerate allergies to celery, carrot and mugwort.
Gayana: Cautioned for pets using anti-coagulant and blood thinning medications, Coumadin or if anticoagulant type drugs are contraindicated for your pet's condition.

Nettle: May enhance heart medications and diuretic drugs.
Gervao: Might enhance heart and blood pressure medications and may lower blood pressure.
Guaco: May enhance Warfarin® and other Coumadin drugs.
Pulmonaria: May interact with drugs for estrogen-sensitive cancers such as Tamoxifen or Nolvadex.
Vulgare: May increase drowsiness caused by benzodiazepines, lorazepam (Ativan) or diazepam (Valium) medications; barbiturates such as Phenobarbital, narcotics such as codeine and some anti-depressants.
Gayana: May increase the effect of blood-thinning medications.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A 25% return and restocking fee will apply.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable and consumable goods such as pet food, treats, medications, supplements cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are always non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In some cases, depending upon what you ordered, it might ship from more than a single location or need to be shipped from a specific location. Although we strive for excellence in everything we do, we realize life happens. If there is any issue, we will always do our best to resolve those to our customer's satisfaction. In case shipping damage occurs, have the box and merchandise inspected by the delivering carrier and notify us immediately. (Please SAVE the container with merchandise). Any order issues & damages must be reported within 48-hours.
Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.
